• Email address — for account creation, sign-in, and verification.
• Phone number — so gaming centers can contact you about your bookings.
• Date of birth / age — to help provide age-appropriate services.

Usage Information

• Bookings — details of the reservations you make, including the center, date, and time.
• Favorites — the gaming centers you save.
• Language preference — to display the App in your chosen language.

Device Information

• Push notification identifiers — a device token used to send you booking updates and notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process and manage your bookings.
• To send you notifications about your booking status (confirmed or declined).
• To allow gaming centers to view and manage the reservations you make with them.
• To show you relevant centers, offers, and features.
• To improve the App and provide customer support.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information in the following limited ways:

• With gaming centers — when you make a booking, the relevant center receives the booking details (such as your name and phone number) so they can manage your reservation.
• With service providers — we use trusted third-party services to operate the App, including:
  • Google Firebase — for authentication, database, and account management.
  • OneSignal — for sending push notifications.
  • ImageKit — for hosting and delivering images.
  • Cloudflare — for secure processing of requests.
• When required by law — if we are legally obligated to do so.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and update — you can view and edit your profile information at any time within the App.
• Delete your account — you can permanently delete your account and all associated data (including bookings and favorites) directly from the App's profile screen. This action cannot be undone.
• Notifications — you can turn off push notifications from your device settings at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Scuti is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
